Mission Statement
OVRTA/EORTA's mission is to provide reliable, efficient, safe, clean, and courteous transportation services to the citizens of the Wheeling urbanized area.
The two agencies of OVRTA and EORTA work cooperatively to serve communities on both sides of the Ohio River. There are seven fixed routes in West Virginia and four fixed routes in Ohio. Beyond the fixed route bus service, the OVRTA and the EORTA jointly initiated a 24-hour advanced reservation curb-to-curb paratransit van service, known as AdVANtage. It was established to better serve the transportation needs of the disabled within their service areas.

Seniors and disabled riders = $0.65
AdVANtage service = $2.60 per one-way trip Monthly passes are available
