A mechanical breakdown is still creating challenges for recycling pickup. This week’s FRIDAY recycling collection for neighborhoods with RED bins will now be picked up on April 18. In the meantime, residents may take their recyclables to the Ohio County Solid Waste Authority drop-off site at The Highlands, located behind Best Buy.
