Beginning Thursday, March 27, Key Avenue in the Elm Grove section of Wheeling will be closed for a sewer line replacement and water line relocation as a part of the J.B. Chambers YMCA expansion project. The closure is expected to last until October. Please note that weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may affect the project schedule.
