The Heritage Trail pedestrian bridge that extends over WV Route 2 connecting East Wheeling to the Tunnel Green vicinity will be closed from 6 p.m.-6 a.m., Monday through Saturday beginning this week for the next several weeks while the bridge is being painted. Trail users should plan accordingly.
