WHEELING, W.VA. – The Fitzsimmons Family Dog Parks at the Tunnel Green Recreation Complex in East Wheeling and at Garden Park in Warwood will re-open for the season on Monday, April 1. The dog park at Wheeling Park, managed by the Wheeling Park Commission, is also open.

Each of the Fitzsimmons Family Dog Parks dog is divided into two sections - one for small dogs (under 30 pounds) and one for large dogs (over 30 pounds). The dog parks also have water and waste stations, and benches for the humans. The facilities have adequate parking and are open daily from dawn to dusk.
