A section of Wheeling’s Heritage trail near 37th Street that has been closed since the end of February was expected to re-open the week of March 13. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, that closure has been extended until March 17. The closure is necessary for the completion of the City of Wheeling’s storm sewer project. Trail users should plan accordingly.
