On behalf of the City of Wheeling, Granite Inliner will be performing sewer line work in various locations on Market Street. Work is to begin on Sept. 12 and will continue through Sept. 29.  From time to time, an odor may be detected. Traffic will be maintained, although drivers should proceed through work areas with caution.
