Due to rising water levels on the Ohio River, the Waterfront Wednesday concert slated for this evening, Sept. 1, at Heritage Port is being relocated to WesBanco Arena. Those attending should bring chairs. The Party Time Polka Band will perform beginning at 7 p.m. 

This is the last Waterfront Wednesday concert of the year.
