A Saint Clairsville woman is facing felony drug charges by Wheeling Police after authorities responded to an initial drug overdose an area of 29^th Street and Valley Blvd. 

Around 6 p.m., Aug. 6, police, along with fire department personnel met with the driver of a vehicle who appeared to be under the influence of narcotics. Narcan was administered, and she was then taken to the hospital by ambulance. 

Police then searched the vehicle after an aroma of marijuana was detected. Officers then discovered fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine and pills inside the vehicle. 

 As a result, Hana Olivia Hall, 20 of St. Clairsville was arrested and charged with three counts of possession with intent to deliver. She was later taken to the Northern Regional Jail.
