Due to inclement weather in the forecast, the Mutts & A Movie Night featuring A Dog’s Purpose slated for 9:30 p.m., this evening at Wheeling’s Heritage Port is cancelled. Also, the Centre Market Concert Series slated for 8 p.m., featuring Seven South is postponed. A reschedule date will be announced at a later time.
