Wheeling Police announced Monday the body found along the shoreline of the Ohio River on Feb. 18 has been identified as Brandon C. Snyder, 31 of Wheeling.

At this time, a manner or cause of death has not yet been determined by the West Virginia Medical Examiners Office. The case remains under investigation.
