Online Crime Reporting
Several misdemeanor or nuisance related crimes can be reported online to the Wheeling Police Department free of charge. Crimes that can be submitted include:

• Harassing Phone Calls
• Hit and Run
• Identity Theft (Only file when there are NO known suspects)
• Lost Property
• Thefts (Only file when there are NO known suspects)
• Traffic Complaints
• Vandalism (Only file when there are NO known suspects)
• Vehicle Tampering (Only file when there are NO known suspects)

If the incident you are reporting has a known suspect, or is an emergency, please call 9-1-1.

If the incident needs immediate attention, please call 9-1-1 or the non-emergency line at 304-234-3661.
