All charitable donations are facilitated through the Community Foundation of the Ohio Valley. The Parks & Recreation Department maintains a scholarship fund made possible by the J.B. Chambers Memorial Fund to help Ohio County youth who do not have the financial means to participate in recreation programs, workshops, camps, and Mountaineer Leagues.  Qualifying applicants may only be required to pay a portion of the fee according to their financial ability.

To apply for the scholarship, complete the application and email the form along with a W-2 to wheelingrec@wheelingwv.gov
