Turkey Trot
On Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2024, we invite you to lace up your sneakers and participate in the inaugural Wheeling Turkey Trot, proudly organized by the Wheeling Parks and Recreation Department staff and commission.
This exciting event aims to foster community spirit and promote healthy living, with funds generated supporting the Parks and Recreation Project Fund. Your participation will help us enhance our local parks and recreational facilities as well as provide programming for everyone to enjoy.
We envision this trot as a new family tradition that welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun way to start your holiday, everyone is encouraged to join in!
