Arts & Cultural Commission

The Arts & Cultural Commission meets the second Tuesday of each month at 5 p.m. in Council Chambers, located on the first floor of the City-County Building, 1500 Chapline Street.

Mission: We exist to support and promote Wheeling's arts and cultural communities. 

Vision: We will be the catalyst for a long term, rich, inclusive arts and cultural experience for our community.

Mural Projects
  The Wheeling Arts and Cultural Commission is excited to receive art submissions for future mural projects in the City of Wheeling. A painted mural is an art piece often completed on the side of a building, on pavement or a sidewalk, on a mobile surface or other surfaces. Please click the link below to submit your idea or interest in facilitating, funding or assisting with a mural project through the Arts & Cultural Commission.
