RFI: is the payment schedule able to be modified to 50 50 instead of 70 30?

A. The payment structure is as stated.

RFP indicates “all proposals must be submitted in ink.  Electronic submissions are acceptable”.  The Security one says, “all proposals must be submitted electronically”.

A. All submittals should be completed electronically through the bid submission site.

Section IV.M indicates a 90 day and 180 day follow up meeting.  Please confirm.

A.  This may or may not be necessary.  However, follow up meetings are an important part of communication.  Contractors should always feel it important to ensure there aren't any issues, even in a structured cabling project.  This could be as simple as a Teams meeting and not a site visit.
