Please take notice that on February 14, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.in City Council Chambers, City-County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, the City of Wheeling Planning Commission will be conducting public hearings on the following applications:
1. Wheeling Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee to rezone 79 Burkham Court from R-1C to C-1 for a training center, legally known as lots 1 & 3 on Map of Burkham Court;
2. Thomas Gilson for a Special Use Permit at 1913 Warwood Avenue for a Restaurant with Lounge in the C-1 zoning district, legally known as part of lots 45 and 46 on the Third Section of Warwood;
3. Jeramie Alvarado for a Special Use Permit at 753 Main Street for a Restaurant with Lounge in the NWSD zoning district, legally known as part of lot 25 on the Old Town Plat;
