Please take notice that on December 16, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, City Building, 1500 Chapline Street, the City of Wheeling Board of Zoning Appeals will be conducting public hearings to consider the following applications:
1. David Murphy, 57 Arlington Drive, Variance(s) from section 1355.04.b: to allow gravel parking (2) from section 1355.03a: to allow parking in the front yard. Purpose of request: add gravel driveway. The property is described as follows: Lot 79 of Howard Place recorded Ohio County Clerk’s Office Deed Book 292 Page 368. More commonly known as 57 Arlington Drive 2. Cousins Realty, 205 Fulton Street, Variance(s) from section 5-A: to reduce the front yard setback of a corner lot from 10’ to 0’ (2) 5-A: to reduce the side yard setback from 10’ total to 0’ (3) 5-A: to reduce the side yard setback of one yard from 4’ to 0’ (4) from table 9-A to reduce the required parking of a restaurant from 40 to 25 Purpose of request: construct new building.
