Please take notice that on June 17, 2021 at 9:30 a.m.the Board of Zoning Appeals will be conducting public hearings to consider the following applications: 1. PeGa Foundation Inc., 2198 National Rd. Variance from section table 9-A: to reduce the required parking of a community center from 16 spaces to zero. Purpose of Request: open a community center The property is described as follows: a 30’ wide parcel on the southerly side of National Road 226’ northwest of the northwest corner of land owned by the City of Wheeling. More commonly known as 2198 National Rd. 2. Wheeling Housing Authority, 99 Main St. Variance from section 1355.03.C: to reduce parking lot side yard setback from 5ft to 0 ft. Purpose of Request: construct a new building The property is described as follows: a 0.4586-acre parcel on the west side of Main St 500’ North of 3rd St. as recorded Ohio County Clerk’s Office Book 731 Page 502.
