Please take notice that on June 3, 2021, at 3:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, the City of Wheeling Historic Landmarks Commission will be conducting a public hearing to consider a Certificate of Appropriateness application being filed by Studio MC for an addition to the structure at 2239 Market Street, which is located in the Centre Market Square Historic District and has design review. The property is described as follows: Part of Lots 104 & 105 in the Chapline and Eoff Addition to the City of Wheeling as recorded Ohio County Clerk’s Office.
