Please take notice that on June 3, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, the City of Wheeling Historic Landmarks Commission will be conducting a public hearing to consider the City of Wheeling's request to demolish the structure at 22 - 7th Street, which is a contributing structure in the North Wheeling Historic District (description found on page 5 of 37: http://www.wvculture.org/shpo/nr/pdf/ohio/88002693.pdf ). The property is described as follows: Part of Lot 88 on the Plat of Old Town as recorded Ohio County Clerk’s Office.
