Please take notice that on June 3, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, the City of Wheeling Historic Landmarks Commission will be conducting a public hearing to consider the City of Wheeling's request to demolish the structure at 313 North York Street, which is a contributing structure in the Wheeling Island Historic District (description found on page 183 of /278: http://www.wvculture.org/shpo/nr/pdf/ohio/92000320.pdf ). The property is described as follows: Lot 9 in Square 8 of the Gilchrist's Amended Addition to the City of Wheeling as recorded Ohio County Clerk’s Office.
