Please take notice that on May 20, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, the City of Wheeling Board of Zoning Appeals will be conducting a public hearing to consider the following variance requests from James and Maryann Kozusnik, 146 Incline Ave: from schedule 4-A: to reduce the side yard setback from 5’ to 2.5’, (2) schedule 4-A: to reduce the side yard setback total from 15’ to 10.5’ Purpose of Request: construct an addition. The property is described as follows: Part of Lot 13 of White Farm Subdivision Mozart Ritchie District as recorded Ohio County Clerk’s Office. More commonly known as 146 Incline Ave. If you would like to express your opinion on this matter, you are invited to attend the public hearing.
