Please take notice that on May 20, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, the City of Wheeling Board of Zoning Appeals will be conducting a public hearing to consider the following variance requests from Aaron Robinson, 58 Merwin Street: from Schedule 4-A to reduce the side yard setback from 5' to 0'; and (2) from section 1335.11.h: to increase the allowed percentage of an accessary building to principal from 50% to 111%. Purpose of Request: construct a garage. If you would like to express your opinion on this matter, you are invited to attend the public hearing.
