Please take notice that on March 18, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, the City of Wheeling Board of Zoning Appeals will be conducting a public hearing to consider the following variance requests from WVU Medicine: from Table 9A of the zoning ordinance in the EMO Educational Medical Office zoning district: 1 Medical Park: to increase the total number of signs allowed from 2 to 15 and to increase the total size from 100 sq.ft. to 1,570 sq.ft.; 600 Medical Park to increase the total number of signs from 2 to 4 and to increase the total size from 100 sq. ft to 354 sq. ft.; and 800 Medical Park to increase the total number of signs from 2 to 4 and to increase the total size from 100 sq. ft. to 291 sq. ft. Purpose: remove, replace and add signage. If you would like to express your opinion on this matter, you are invited to attend the public hearing.
