Please take notice that on January 21, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Local 549 Ironworkers Union, 2350 Main St*., Variance(s) from schedule 6A: to reduce the front yard setback in I-2 zone from 30’ to 17’ for the structure; (2) from schedule 6A: to reduce the front yard setback in I-2 zone from 30’ to 8’ for the parking; (3) from schedule 6A: to reduce the side setback in the I-2 zone from 15’ to 4’ for the structure.
