Please take notice that the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2020 AT 9:30 A.M., to consider the request of Bob Contraguerro for the property at 41st & McColloch Street (Lots 9-16 in square 38 in Sprigg and Ritchies Addition to the Town of South Wheeling as recorded in deed book 811 page 200 in Ohio County Clerk’s Office). Variance(s):

(1) from Schedule 6A: to reduce the front yard setback from 30' to 3';

(2) from Schedule 6A: to reduce the rear yard setback from 15' to 8';

(3) from Schedule 6A: to reduce the side yard setback from 15' to 12';

(4) from Table 9A: to reduce the required parking from 30 spaces to 8 spaces.

PURPOSE OF REQUEST: construct a new warehouse.
