Please take notice that the PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2020 AT 5:00 P.M. in City-Council Chambers, to consider a request made by DJ Land Co. Inc., owner / LaBelle Greene IV LP petitioner to change the zoning classification of the following described area from I-2 General Industry to C-2 General Commercial in order to construct an apartment building: Lots 55-61 & part of 62 on the Plat of Labelle, more commonly identified as the north west corner of 32nd & McColloch Street.
