Please take notice that the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2020 AT 9:30 A.M., to consider the request of Maria Hardy for the property at 722-724 Main Street.

Variance(s):

(1) from Table 9-A: to reduce the required off-street parking from 8 to 0.

PURPOSE OF REQUEST: redevelop the building from residential to commercial.
