Please take notice that the PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2020 AT 5:00 P.M., to consider a request made by Beth Hinebaugh to operate a "daycare center" / "out of school center" at 99-14th Street, which is classified as a Special Use Permit in the EWSD East Wheeling Special District zoning district.
