Please take notice that on September 14, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. the City of Wheeling Planning Commission will be conducting a public hearing to consider GC&P Development LLC’s application for a Special Area Plan / Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the 2014 Comprehensive Plan to allow for a Mixed-Use Development on property they own along West Virginia Route 88 / Bethany Pike. The hearing will be held at WesBanco Arena, 2-14th Street, Wheeling, WV. Doors will open at 5:00 p.m. The Governor’s public health guidelines will be followed. All application materials including staff reports, correspondences, public comments, property information, maps, transcripts, etc. pertaining to the application can be found at www.wheelingwv.gov/gcp Contact the Department of Economic and Community Development at (304)234-3701 or visit room 308 of the City County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling WV 26003 if you have questions.
