* * NOTICE * * Please take notice that the PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on MONDAY, AUGUST 10, 2020 AT 5:00 P.M., to consider a request made by Fulton Storage LLC, Chris Duplaga, owner to change the zoning classification of the following described area from R-1A Single Family Residential & R-4 Residential to EMO Educational Medical Office in order to construct a medical office: Lots 23, 24, and part of 25 on the Map of Steenrod Place, recorded in Plat Book 1 Page 103 in the Ohio County Clerk’s Office, more commonly known as 200 & 1108 West Washington Avenue. If you would like to express your opinion on this matter, you are invited to participate in the public hearing. Due to the Governor’s restrictions on in-person gatherings, the hearing is being conducted via Zoom.
