Please take notice that the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on THURSDAY, JULY 16, 2020 AT 9:30 A.M., to consider the request of Sandra Warnick for the property at 11 Storch Avenue.

Variance(s):

(1) from Section 1335.11c: to reduce the rear yard setback of an accessory building from 5’ to 0’,

(2) from Section 1335.11c:/Table 4A to reduce the front yard setback in the R-1C zone from 10’ to 2’

PURPOSE OF REQUEST: shed.
