Please take notice that the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on THURSDAY, MAY 21, 2020 AT 9:30 A.M., to consider the request of Glenn Walters for the property at 546 Fulton Street. Variance(s):

(1) From Schedule 6-A: to reduce the front yard setback in the I-2 zone from 30' to 0' of both front yards on a corner lot;
(2) From Schedule 6-A: to reduce the side yard setback in the I-2 zone from 15' to 0';

PURPOSE OF REQUEST: construct a warehouse.
