Please take notice that the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on THURSDAY, MAY 21, 2020 AT 9:30 A.M., to consider the request of M&G Architects and Engineers, for the property at 111 19th Street. Variance(s):

(1) From Schedule 6-A: to reduce the front yard setback in the I-2 zone from 30' to 0' of both front yards on a corner lot;
(2) From Schedule 6-A: to reduce the side yard setback in the I-2 zone from 15' to 0';
(3) From Schedule 6-A: To increase the maximum lot coverage from 65% to 74%;
(4) From Table 9-A to reduce the required number of parking spaces from 210 to 110;
(5) From Section 1355.03.A: to allow parking in the front yard setback.
PURPOSE OF REQUEST: construct an addition.
