Please take notice that the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 2020 AT 9:30 A.M., to consider the request of Shaeffer & Madama Inc, Architects, for the property at 929 National Road. Variance(s):

(1) From Schedule 5-A: to reduce the side yard setback in the C-2 Zone from 4' to 0; and (2) to allow the required off-street parking to be on a lot under different ownership than the building.
PURPOSE OF REQUEST: construct a 3rd story onto an existing non-conforming structure (to close to a property line).
