Please take notice that the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 2020 AT 9:30 A.M., in City Council Chambers, Room 103 City-County Building, to consider the request of Tim Crowley / Wheeling Coin LLC, 30 South Huron Street. Variance(s):

(1) From Section 1355.03 to allow parking in the 10' front setback.
PURPOSE OF REQUEST: develop a parking lot.
