Please take notice that the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 2020 AT 9:30 A.M., in City Council Chambers, Room 103 City-County Building, to consider the request of Ohio Valley Community Federal Credit Union, 1114 Chapline Street. Variance(s):

(1) From Schedule 5A: To reduce the minimum building height in the D-2 zone from 3 stories to 2.
PURPOSE OF REQUEST: construct a new building.
