Please take notice that the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2020 AT 9:30 A.M., in City Council Chambers, Room 103 City-County Building, to consider the request of Carnegie Greene 37 LP, 30-37th Street. Variance(s):

(1) From Table 9A: To reduce the required parking from 59 to 31;
(2) From Schedule 4A: To reduce the minimum lot area per dwelling unit from 1000 sq. ft. to 512 sq. ft.
PURPOSE OF REQUEST: construct a new apartment building.
