Please take notice that the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2020 AT 9:30 A.M., in City Council Chambers, Room 103 City-County Building, to consider the request of Beth Hinebaugh, Hinebaugh Athletics, LLC 2112 Market Street. Variance(s):

(1) From Table 9A: To reduce the required parking from 42 to 0.
PURPOSE OF REQUEST: open a fitness center.
