PUBLIC NOTICE

Please take notice that on November 18, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Planning Commission will be conducting a public hearing to consider a request made by Woda Cooper Development, Inc. to change the zoning classification of the following described area from I-2 General Industry to R-4 Residential:

Description: Lots 1,2,3,4 & N½ of 5 in Square 24 on Sprigg and Ritchie’s Addition to the City, found in Deed Book 23 Page 535 in the Ohio County Clerk’s Office, more commonly known as 3700 Jacob Street.  If you would like to express your opinion on this matter, you are invited to attend the above mentioned public hearing.
